Returns

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Our Refund Policy applies only to the 4ward Health Tracker and is good for a period of 30 days after the date of receipt.

Unfortunately, due to the removable contents of the 4ward Care Tracker and the ability to photocopy and re-use the worksheets, the 4ward Care Tracker cannot be returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition and packaging that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please send an email to customerservice@im4ward.com and wait for a reply BEFORE mailing the package to IM4ward. Please indicate the name of the person to whom the purchase was billed, and the date purchased and the address to whom it was sent. Please indicate the reason for the return. Please include a phone number where you can be reached.

Mail the product to:

The cost of shipping to return the item to IM4ward will be the responsibility of the consumer. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please wait a few days for the refund to be applied and posted to your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@im4ward.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of receipt. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at customerservice@im4ward.com and wait for a confirmation reply BEFORE sending your item to:

Please include the product name, date purchased and name and address to whom it was shipped and the name and address to whom it was billed. Please describe what the damage or defect is and please include a telephone number where you can be contacted.

The replacement product will be shipped at no charge to the client. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
